• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.
• Processing time: usually within 5–10 business days from the date we confirm your return.
• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are only available for items returned in unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
